Constitution & Bylaws

Every year, the Exec Board reviews the Constitution to ensure it still fits the needs of our organization. After making any updates seen fit, the Constitution is presented to membership for a vote of ratification. The most recent update was done in March of 2020.

While the Constitution governs the administration of Spectrum, the Bylaws act as more of a guide for day-to-day operations of the club. The Constitution must be approved by ASUN, but the Bylaws only require membership ratification.
